My roots run deep in a village in South Lebanon — where healing looked different. Real whole foods, herbs, honey, and intention long before anyone called it medicine. That stayed with me.

When I got sick at university, my mother called and told me to make a tea, add honey, eat a kiwi. I was fine the next day. Small moment. But it planted something I couldn't ignore. Nature already had the answers. We just stopped trusting them.

I'm a Minnesota-licensed naturopathic doctor, a graduate of an accredited four-year naturopathic medical program, and I've spent years working with clients on exactly this.

And what I kept seeing confirmed it: people eating reasonably well, doing the right things, and still feeling depleted. Fatigue. Brain fog. Gut dysfunction. The root kept pointing to the same place — nutrient deficiency.
