Welcome to Tribal Remedy. I’m Dr. Ahmad Ali Anani, ND — a Minnesota-licensed/registered naturopathic doctor. I graduated from an accredited four-year naturopathic medical program and passed the Naturopathic Physicians Licensing Exam (NPLEX). My work is built on a simple belief: the body doesn’t need more noise — it needs real nourishment and a routine you can actually keep.

In clinic and in everyday life, I kept seeing the same pattern: people are trying hard, but they still feel depleted. Modern life pulls us away from the fundamentals that once kept humans strong — nutrient-dense food, clean habits, and consistent daily rhythms. When the foundation is weak, everything feels harder. This isn’t about chasing the next trend — it’s about returning to what works.

That’s where organ nutrition comes in. Organ meats are among the most nutrient-dense foods humans have eaten — naturally rich in vitamins, minerals, and unique compounds that are difficult to replicate through muscle meat alone. But most people don’t eat organs regularly anymore, even if they want to. SHIFA was created to make that tradition simple again — in a form you’ll actually stay consistent with.

We also built SHIFA to solve a quality problem. Many organ supplements are marketed as “grass-fed,” but that label alone doesn’t always reflect the full standard behind the sourcing. We wanted something cleaner, more transparent, and uncompromising. So SHIFA is sourced from organic, pasture-raised, 100% grass-fed & grass-finished cattle, with no hormones, antibiotics, or GMOs, and crafted to preserve nutrient integrity. And because it matters deeply to many families — including my own community — our process is also halal. For a long time, finding organ supplements that met both true quality standards and halal requirements in the West was difficult. SHIFA was built to solve that without compromise.
